SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions, or by emailing us at hello@thefrostedleopard.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No Cancellation Fees There are no fees or penalties for canceling your subscription.

Refunds If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.

Pausing Your Subscription Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to [60/90] days instead of canceling. Just reach out and we'll help you set it up.

Changes to Subscription You can modify your subscription (change frequency, skip a delivery, or update products) at any time through your account or by contacting us.
